Billing

Learn about Tablescale billing, subscription plans, payment methods, and invoice management.

Overview

Tablescale offers flexible billing options to suit restaurants of all sizes. Your subscription includes access to all features, with pricing based on your organization's needs.

Subscription Plans

Choose from various subscription plans designed to accommodate different restaurant sizes and requirements. Plans are billed monthly or annually, with discounts available for annual subscriptions.

All plans include full access to Tablescale features: menu management, reservations, waitlist, team management, and more. Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time to match your changing needs.

Payment Methods

Tablescale accepts major credit cards and debit cards for subscription payments. Payment information is securely processed through our payment provider and stored encrypted.

Update your payment method at any time from your account settings. Your payment method will be automatically charged according to your billing cycle.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. Your billing date is based on when you first subscribed or when you last updated your plan.

You'll receive an email notification before each billing cycle. This gives you time to review your usage and make any changes to your subscription if needed.

Invoices and Receipts

All billing transactions generate invoices that are automatically sent to your registered email address. Access your billing history and download invoices from your account dashboard at any time.

Invoices include detailed breakdowns of charges, applicable taxes, and payment status. Keep your invoices for record-keeping and accounting purposes.

Upgrading and Downgrading

Change your subscription plan at any time to better match your needs. When upgrading, you'll immediately gain access to the features of your new plan. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades are reflected in your next invoice.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to all features until then.

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team if you believe you're eligible for a refund. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds depending on the cancellation date.

Payment Issues

If a payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your payment method again automatically. You'll receive email notifications about failed payments and instructions on how to resolve them.

Update your payment method or contact support if you continue to experience payment issues. Your account access may be temporarily limited if payment issues persist, but we'll work with you to resolve them quickly.
